rare lone star pix from '85
Longtime RG fan Lynn Persico was kind enough to send us these pics taken of Robert, Chris and Tony Garnier at the Lone Star Café in the winter of 1985. Lynn writes that, "that pic of him smiling so wide is because I went to every fucking show he did in NYC, and I was yelling ROBERTTTTT! And he'd go upstairs afterwards, no airs about him, and chat with his fans. I adored him so much, and his voice to me is still one of the best. He's a real person that I will always remember with fond memories. No one put on a show like Robert in the 80's, NO ONE.....". Click here to have a look. (update: 09/13)

london gig
Over the past months, we have had numerous requests from U.K. fans asking for a London gig. So we are very happy to announce that Robert Gordon and Chris Spedding will be performing a one-off gig at the Lady Luck Club in Soho/London on Monday, November 6th. This will be their first reunion gig in the U.K., and in fact their first London show together since October 1991! The band is very excited at the prospect of performing in London again, and are 'willing & ready' to deliver a dynamite show for the U.K. fans. Be sure to reserve your tickets soon, because this is going to be a concert that you don't want to miss! For more info, please e-mail:no9rockin@yahoo.com (update: 09/08).

pix from villeneuve sur lot
We have added some photos from the festival in Villeneuve Sur Lot in France on July 12th, both from the soundcheck and the concert. The band played on the bank of a river that night, with a beautiful 14th century bridge as the background. It was really a tremendous sight to see the sun going down as the band played. There was no entrance fee at this festival, which makes it hard to estimate exact figures, but the organisation estimated that there were about 8,000 people or more in attendance. These photos were taken by Arjan Deelen and Alain Mallaret of Big Beat Records. Click to see photos. (update: 09/03).

video clips added
It is now possible to watch a few video clips on this website, taken from YouTube. If you want to share Robert Gordon clips from your collection, or if you know of another website where we can find more material, then please contact the webmaster or Arjan Deelen. We are still constantly working on the website, and want to make it the ultimate resource for the serious Robert Gordon fan and collector, containing relevant info and interviews, as well as rare audio and video. Robert Gordon fans have been shortchanged in that respect, but we want to change that. However, we need your help - and your photos, videos and audio recordings are more than welcome, as well as your own input (want to write a review of an album or a concert?). Let's make this a reality TOGETHER! To see the video clips, clik here or select the music -> video clips. (Update: 09/03)
