danish articles from 1978
To celebrate the fact that Robert will be performing in Næstved, Denmark on Friday, September 2nd, we've added a collection of Danish articles from around the time of his first two appearances here in 1978. Robert hasn't performed in Denmark since, and we've received a lot of mails from Danish fans writing that they are really looking forward to the show. Peter Frandsen was kind enough to send us these articles, and as a special salute to the Danish fans, they can now be downloaded for a limited period. - (updated 08/29)

robert & chris on danish television
It is now 99% certain that Robert and Chris will appear on the lifestyle program "Mik Schack's Hjemmeservice" on the leading Danish TV channel DR2. It will probably be recorded on Thursday, September 1st, but we don't know the broadcast date yet. More details when we have them. - (updated 08/27)

exclusive jeff salen interview
Last week, we had a nice scoop with a selection of unpublished pics from Robert's Tuff Darts days, and as an icing on the cake, we have just added an exclusive e-mail interview with Tuff Darts guitarist/songwriter Jeff Salen to our interviews section. Not much is known about this period, so we're grateful to Jeff for sharing his insights with us. Jeff wrote songs like 'All For The Love Of Rock 'n' Roll' and 'Love & Trouble', which were performed by Gordon in the mid-seventies, and recorded by him in the early '90s. - (updated 08/22)

rare audio update
We've added two unique recordings to our rare audio section, "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Fire" from a show at the Paramount Theatre in Ashbury Park, N.J., on May 27th 1979. Robert is singing duet with Bruce Springsteen on both. They were recorded from the audience, so the audio is a bit rough, but nevertheless we wanted to share these with you.

rare tuff darts photos
We are proud to be able to present you with a host of rare shots of Robert with his mid-seventies band the Tuff Darts. These photos were probably taken in 1976. It's difficult to find anything at all from this period, so we're indebted to photographer Nicky for sharing these with us. -  (updated: 08/09)

recent concert pix
We've added some photos to our galleries from Robert's recent shows at Club Giza, Providence, RI. on July 29th and at Fonzie's Diner in Wareham, MA. on July 30th. Thanks to Ramona Rogers for kindly allowing us to use these great shots! - (updated 08/05)

Jersey Beat has a very good review of Robert's July 8th Ashbury Lanes gig, as well as a great review of 'Satisfied Mind', both written by Phil Rainone.

exclusive anton fig interview
We've just added our exclusive interview with Anton Fig, the sensational drummer whose association with Robert started in the Link Wray period, and who continued to work with Robert on an on-and-off basis until the late '80s. Anton is the regular drummer in the 'Dave Letterman Show' band, but despite his busy schedule he was kind enough to answer our questions.

unreleased material on european 'greetings' reissue
The album 'Greetings from New York City', which is considered by many to be one of Robert's finest albums, will be reissued shortly in Europe by the French label Last Call. This label is owned by Patrick Mathé, the man behind the now-defunct New Rose label, which released the original 14 years ago. The reissue will contain several previously unreleased tracks, including a great cover of Presley's 'It Feels So Right' from a performance at the Bevrijdings Popfestival in Haarlem, Holland on May 5th, 1993.
